PHONEBOXX LUCKY DRAW – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the PhoneBoxx Lucky Draw, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Prize Eligibility: Prizes offered through the PhoneBoxx Lucky Draw consist primarily of selected tech accessories and other products sold by PhoneBoxx. These may include items such as earphones, earbuds, headphones, chargers, charging cables, phone covers, stands, holders and other accessories or selected merchandise.
  2. Excluded Products: Unless specifically stated otherwise in an official PhoneBoxx promotion, Lucky Draw prizes DO NOT include mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, iPads, laptops, computers or similar high-value electronic devices.
  3. Prize Selection: The specific prize awarded to each winner will be determined by PhoneBoxx and may vary between Lucky Draws. Entering the Lucky Draw does not entitle an entrant to select or request a particular product, colour, model or prize.
  4. No Cash Alternative: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, vouchers or any other product unless PhoneBoxx agrees otherwise.
  5. Entry Requirements: Entrants must complete the Lucky Draw entry process correctly and provide accurate contact information. Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated or misleading entries may be disqualified.
  6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected according to the applicable Lucky Draw campaign and contacted using the details submitted with their entry. PhoneBoxx may request reasonable verification before releasing a prize.
  7. Claiming a Prize: If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the period communicated by PhoneBoxx, or cannot provide the required information, PhoneBoxx reserves the right to select another winner.
  8. Prize Availability: Prizes are subject to stock availability. Where a selected prize is unavailable, PhoneBoxx may substitute it with another accessory or product of a similar nature or value.
  9. Delivery: Where delivery is offered, prizes will only be delivered to eligible addresses within South Africa unless PhoneBoxx specifically states otherwise.
  10. General: PhoneBoxx reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel a Lucky Draw where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not affect prizes that have already been validly awarded, except where circumstances outside PhoneBoxx's reasonable control make this necessary.
  11. Acceptance: By submitting a Lucky Draw entry, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

IMPORTANT PRIZE NOTICE

PhoneBoxx Lucky Draw prizes are mainly tech accessories and selected merchandise sold by PhoneBoxx. Phones, tablets, iPads, laptops and computers are NOT included unless an official PhoneBoxx promotion specifically states that one of these products is the prize.
